Inept and unprofessional. Forced to register with Arena prior to being allowed to book a viewing. Answered all the registration questions on their form. Was emailed back by Nina who informed me I needed 3x the amount of rent each month. A clerical error on my part. However, proved that Nina had checked my form herself. Explained that I would be travelling 160 miles to view the property (which was managed direct by the landlord not Arena Lettings), so I did not want it to be a waste of my time and diesel, but also that of the landlord. Viewed the property, had a good initial impression of the landlord, so requested via Arena Lettings to proceed with an application. 4 days later, Rebecca send an email asking the exact same questions already answered in the registration form viewed by Nina. Rebecca refused to proceed with my application due to my answering honestly to the questions.

She then proceeded to tell me that Arena Lettings were not aware of my answers. Funny as Nina viewed the entire form, the content within the email exchange proves otherwise. I even offered up details re employment, and a guarantor. Would not recommend wasting your time or money with the company. They clearly lack literacy skills. Impossible standards for renters even at a property with a monthly rental price of 500pcm, more than likely behaviour and company practice has not changed pre and post pandemic. Steer well clear, save your money, time and sanity, Arena Lettings is not worth it.

Awful! Moved out of my property of renting for 11 years with them, paid a deposit, when I moved out I was told I hadn't paid a deposit, then they were deducting money for general wear and tear, they never painted or did anything to the property in the time I lived there. Was 8months pregnant, told me I needed to wash windows, scrub out wheelie bins etc on leaving, joke! Will never use them again!

We(my wife, son & I)are currently looking for a place to rent. However when we checked your stipulations on renting (earning 3x the rent) wondered if you actually have any tenants? Or an extremely high turnover in highly affluent tenants who swiftly become homeowners? We currently have the deposit to move & are very good tenants(great references etc). 3 times any rent is ridiculous & unrealistic, I also saw that you suggest having a guarantor. We do have a guarantor but feel if the worst were to happen would never forgive myself for putting them in such a position.

Such great estates agents (and you don't find them often). Mary went above and beyond expectations meeting our needs, gaining a deep understanding of what we were looking for. Mary is very professional, friendly and super efficient. Mary also have a great understanding of the housing market in their area. We cannot recommend or speak highly enough of her. Arena Lettings are very professional. They have been very transparent, helpful, ready to help and responsive. I'd certainly recommend them!

I arranged two viewings which were meant to be done on Monday pm. They call me last minute on Friday 1630 and cancelled both with no time notice. Coming from far off, it was inconvenient as there was no time to arrange for other property viewings. They told me earlier that Monday was the earliest I could view them and yet they were gone before Monday? Complete waste of time. No impressed!

This agent is still showing discrimination against people who have to claim housing benefit, stating no DSS on your adverts. this is why they don't advertise on right move anymore as right move have banned these kind of ads. If you use arena lettings to let your property arena lettings are allowing you to be put in a situation that could find you in court and having to pay costs and compensation, it's not the agent that gets into trouble it's you as your the landlord. I urge all landlords that use arena to make sure they are not putting you in the firing line. Shocking

Serious and dependable agency, will not be disappointed with their service or professionalism of the staff. Eager and prompt, you can count on Arena Lettings to find you the right place to move, or your own home if you are interested in buying.

Used this agency for our first rental and will never use them again. They took a very high deposit and deducted a lot of money from it when moving out. After complaining and asking to see the photo evidence our agent was "ill" every time I made an appointment to see her and in the end had to deal with the manager who was rude, patronising and not understanding at all.

Although carpets were vacuum washed they managed to take a picture of a dusty, hard to reach corner and commented that all carpets were dirty. Everything that was cleaned was apparently dirty. And we were also charged for a stain on the extractor which I proved with the photos given to me at the start that it was already there- to this the manager said that it "probably needs a clean anyway". Pictures of stains on fittings, floors and skirting were also taken although already there since the move in (the property was old and needed a lot of renovation) and also blamed on us although never commented on during the excessive visits from the agent. Very disappointed with my first experience of renting a house and have already told my friends who considered this agency not to bother.
