Naomi was an absolute dream to work with. Super organised, maintained communication throughout the process and really friendly. I was initially unsure as BE Property provided the cheapest quote compared to other local estate agents, but this wasn't reflected in the quality of work or time taken for the sale of our property. Landlords beware. I rang to enquire about a house to let and was told by the agent they had already showed it that morning so could not come again that afternoon. When I asked to see it any other day after work, the agent told me the latest they could do is 4.45pm as the house (in L13) "is so far away from our office". All other agents I contacted were happy to meet at 5.15pm or 5.30pm to accommodate a working couple.
Two weeks later, the house has been reduced by 70 per month thanks to their lazy tactics and we have found another place. If I was letting my house, I would definitely mystery shop the agents to check they are doing their job.
