Philip and his staff have gone above and beyond to help and support us with purchasing our dream home. All the staff have a very professional and caring disposition. They are very loyal to their clients and hardworking. I now feel like Philip is more of an acquaintance now and he has helped us settle into our new location and community.

Rented one property from this agent. Do not go anywhere near this company. Absolute criminals. This is the first time I have needed to turn to the police to report an agent. The agent allowed the property owner to enter my home while I was away. Jewellery, money and family antiques were stolen. I am absolutely disgusted. Crooks.

Rented two properties from Fowlers from early 2017 to late 2018. Found Fowlers to be considerate, caring, responsive and professional. Deposits returned promptly at end of our tenancies due to us leaving the properties in good order and staff always treated us with respect.

This will be the second time we have instructed Fowlers to sell our house and we also worked with them to sell our daughters house. We have nothing but praise for the quality of the service. This is a long standing independent agent and they have a wealth of knowledge about selling properties here on Dartmoor. We have appreciated their negotiating skills, willingness to hear our input and to answer our questions. All is clear and straightforward, nothing too much trouble. We hope, in due course to achieve a successful sale.

We contacted them 3 times to view a property, but they haven't replied. Today is the 2nd January and their answer machine has a message on it stating its the 18th of December. Dozey to say the least. I've now increased them to 3 stars as they have now tried to contact us and they also picked up the original review and replied to it.
