Established in 1971, Dart & Partners is an independent estate agent with prominent high street offices in Teignmouth, Dawlish and Shaldon. Chris oversees all aspects of the day-to-day operation of the business. Following a successful B2B sales role in the construction and new homes industry, he joined Dart & Partners in 2007 initially working as a Sales Negotiator. Chris progressed to running the Lettings Office in 2011, achieving growth of over 300% by 2019.
Teignmouth is a picturesque South Devon seaside town of about 15,000 people. With excellent transport links to Exeter and the M5 motorway there is also a mainline railway station and Torbay, Dartmoor and the South Hams are also within easy striking distance. With its roots in fishing and the tourist industry the town still maintains a busy working port with a long maritime heritage and the thriving 'back beach' area of the town still displays this today.The town boasts an abundance of historic properties, with a number from the Georgian and Victorian periods adding to a charming combination of old and new that creates a delightful town centre with an easy relaxed atmosphere.
The areas that our offices cover are fortunate to benefit from various well-regarded primary schools, as well as well-regarded secondary schools in both Teignmouth and Dawlish. Torquay Grammar Schools for boys and girls offer selective secondary education and are well attended by children from Teignmouth, Dawlish, Shaldon, Bishopsteignton, and surrounding areas.

We had some outstanding service from all the letting staff at Dart's Teignmouth office, whilst trying to find a place to rent for our daughter. Teresa, in particular, went out of her way to find us a suitable ground floor flat (for mobility reasons) that we have rented. It fitted our needs perfectly. She was patient, thoughtful and caring. This review is written after having my own Estate Agency and over three decades of property experience. Having been gazumped at point of exchange with Bradleys Estate Agent we have engaged with Dart and Partners. We are both viewing to buy various properties and furthermore have them instructed to sell our four luxury holiday apartments. The agency has the most experience both in local knowledge and property professionalism.
Our viewings are always accompanied with all relevant information and feedback meticulously managed. The market appraisal and valuation was advised as a Guide Price, which achieved a more than satisfactory agreed sale within 36 hours of going live on the Internet various platforms. We have block bookings for viewings, for our other three remaining apartments even though its been Christmas. Dart and Partners have the best appointed premises in Teignmouth and the most working staff.
