We recently sold my mums house through Paul Graham in Wallington. My mum, recently widowed and with dementia was having to move into a care home. We were very nervous about the sale process as mum was still living in her home. Greg was very kind and sensitive to our situation regarding viewings and worked hard to ensure viewings happened safely and without inconvenience to mum and her carer. Brilliant and Excellent service As a first time buyer and self-employed person I didn't really know how to approach subject of buying my firs property. But with Paul Graham (Wallington) everything seems easy and stress free. Jacqui and her team help me with viewing flat and then with all the process of buying it. Jacqui was chasing sellers solicitors as well as mine to make sure that all paper work was done on time and she was keeping me updated all the time.

Extremely professional, responsive, friendly, and detail-oriented team. No exaggerations here. End to end, starting from arranging the viewing until the completion were handled with utmost care and professionalism. Jacqui and Greg went extra miles, even reached out to the seller-to-sellers, their solicitors, collaborating with all parties incl the upper end of the chain, making the buying-selling happen as smoothly as possible and importantly within the stamp-duty holidays.

I wouldn't have expected more than this. Jacqui used to proactively update me with the sales activities from time to time in a non-technical way. Overall it was a great experience. We can not fault Carshalton Paul Graham. We purchased our flat 5 years ago through them so we knew they were the ones to sell it for us. They did not let us down, Adam was very honest and trustworthy throughout the whole viewing process and got us the price we needed.
