I have worked with Bensons in three capacities: First of all as a purchaser of a property, secondly as a landlord, and thirdly as a vendor. They are a wonderful pleasure to deal with in every capacity. When I was letting a flat they were really good both at finding excellent tenants, and also in handling issues such as maintenance and dealing with the management company.
And when it came to selling they found a serious buyer and ensured all the transaction went smoothly and to time. I have dealt with many estate agents over the years but Bensons are far and away the best, and I would definitely use them again.

Maria and Nick helped us to sell our apartment. Prior to engaging them, we worked with many other agents in the area, but nobody was as easy to communicate and honest in their approach as Bensons. Bensons is brilliant. I've both bought and let a property through them, and received the sort of intelligent, personal service that I've not had from any other agent. Emails were answered in the evenings and at weekends, with good humour, when a problem arose. Mostly no problems arose, because Bensons took care of everything for me as a landlord, discreetly and quickly. It was a reassuringly old-fashioned level of care from an agent.

I lived in Westminster for almost 2 years and am really happy with the quality of service I received from Bensons. They have a small team of efficient, committed, responsive, and highly reliable professionals. Everything is of high standard including the apartments they rent, Maria and Nicolas are quick to answer any queries. Most of all, I felt genuine care and well-rounded assistance throughout.
