I don't know where to begin other than to say this Estate Agent has been utterly brilliant. As everyone knows selling a house is unbelievably stressful and my own journey has been a bit of a roller coaster ride over the last 9 months. At all times they have been highly proactive, sorting any problems before I was aware of them and getting me the best deal in negotiations even when I was happy with a smaller amount.

They would go for an extra 500 for me without me even asking, when their own commission on this extra amount probably wouldn't even cover the cost of making the phonecall. That shows a business with real integrity and committment to their customers. I don't recall a single email (there were well over a hundred) when they didn't get back to me within a matter of minutes or occasionally a couple of hours at worst. So thank you Patrick, Chris and the team; you have been unflappable, wise with your advice and impressively professional and I am so grateful.
