Over the years my husband & I have dealt with quite a few Estate Agents. Farrons gave us help & guidance every step of the way. The team were incredible. Any problems we had, they soon sorted it out for unusually within 24 hours. We would highly recommend them without any shadow of doubt. Keep up the good work. Stay safe. Thankyou again. Rosalyn.

DO NOT TRUST A WORD YOU ARE TOLD! The amount of lies that spew out of the mouths of people that work at Farrons is despicable. I've always know that people working in real estate are as trustworthy as people in car sales but Farrons take things to an all time low. Will tell you anything you want to hear to get the deal done only later to deny everything because it's 'not in writing'.
We've also reported a live electrical cable visible at the surface but Farrons have had no interest in resolving this, which left us at high risk of injury or death. This is not only unethical but highly illegal. Save yourselves the disappointment and go with someone else. Honestly ANYONE else is better than this bunch of rouge traders!

Have really let me down. I've been given notice to quit during the pandemic for a property that was taken on long term with view to purchase. Even told to expect the owners to offer me to buy within 6 months of renting. Instead I'm being left trying to find a suitable 5 bed property to rent or sale which there's nothing available! Do potentially my children and I are going to be left homeless during these difficult times. I've never once defaulted on payment and there's no issues with this I work for myself.

My parents offered on a property being marketed by these sorry excuse for an estate agent. They heard nothing back from them at all. It was only when they checked Rightmove did they find out the property had been sold subject to contract. Rest assured, when the time comes to selling their property, Farrons will NOT be an option based on the poor experience.

A Dreadful company wanted to view a property, the email that I received back was short and sharp "it is under offer" so what I might of wanted to offer more and gazumb the offer. No other recommendations of similar properties have been made so i will avoid this company even with the 1.5 milion budget that I have as they seem to not want to sell! I am in sales and the best staff that sale are the ones that are helpful! The property is still under offer the owners should be told that this company did not get them the best offer.
