I've used Samuel Miles on several occasions and found their service First Class, not only for property sales but also letting a property. By letting a Swindon Property for more than 8 years and this has been a very smooth process in securing tenants and ensuring payments throughout the period. Most recently selling the property, I could not be more impressed in the manner this was conducted - attentive, friendly service and achieved the right valuation and sale in a convenient timescale. To anyone who is looking to use Samuel miles estate agents DON'T! me and my partner went a view a property and passed all the checks and let two other properties go as we loved there property so much! And they asked when we even wanted to move in etc and started moving forward with removal companies and other stuff then a hour later they told us they sold it. (VERY STRANGE, )!

So after looking on line for more houses I saw it still available so I rang on a withheld number and asked if it was still available the owner of the estate agent said YES! so that's when I told him who I was and he got really childish and raised his voice saying we didn't sell it accusing us of lying! and really childish and unprofessional There just after money and don't care about customers at all stay well clear!

Absolutely dreadful! They said they had a "cash buyer" and took the house off of the market. Their "cash buyer" that they "personally vouched for" actually turned out not to have a penny. Three months wasted.
