Went to look at a property! What an absolute shambles, the estate agency did not communicate only communicated when it was to do with money. The property had mouldy parts an a broken plug socket water Mark's Down the walls, carpets was disgusting the smell was disgusting. This property is not fit for any human!.

Booked two viewings with this company. We arrived in good time. Resulted in me having to phone their office not once but twice! Did not appreciate getting absolutely soaking wet the second time. Not impressed!

Charles Harding are currently the agent for a property I'm trying to purchase and they couldn't be less helpful. They have no line of communication with the seller, don't call back when they say they will, and don't appear to care. I'm seriously considering pulling out of the purchase on a house I would love because they are so inept.
