Savannah Estates

Have lived in a property for 2 years managed by the Stalham branch. During the time I did have issues with the property which were resolved. However, upon leaving they insisted the property was not cleaned properly. When I moved in the property was not of a high standard. Most of the radiators didn't work and I ended up replacing myself. Badly painted and plastered walls. Once I gave notice to leave they were pushing me to leave so they could get a new tenant they had lined up in early.

We haven't had many dealings with this company, but all contact has been horrible and degrading. Upon enquiring about a property for rent, one of the first questions was about our income and savings, which is understandable. When it was understood we didn't meet a certain pay bracket we have been encouraged not to progress with the application as it would be a resounding no, even though we are affording a property more expensive atm with no problems. My partner has dealt with all calls, and has almost been looked down upon for being a stay at home mother, whilst being spoken to like a child on a number of occasions.

Very happy with the professional and friendly service we received from the team at the Stalham branch, especially from Kim and Josh. Have had bad experience from other local estate agents in the past. So happy we chose to use Savannah this time. Just before the first lockdown last year, Savannah not only managed to quickly sell our house, they also found us the house of our dreams, our forever home. Thoroughly recommend them. I recently had cause to have a house valued and then sold. Savannah Estates was the only agent (of three) who provided what I wanted for the valuation, i.e. a letter detailing the value of the property and nothing more. The house was then placed in Gary and Kim's team's hands to market and sell. Their knowledge of the market was excellent and the advice on preparing the property was sound and their efforts resulted in a quick sale.

I was kept fully informed at all stages of the sale from contracting them to sell the house through to completion.
