My husband and I have been property searching for around 18 months. We have now found one through Arnold Keys Coastel in Sheringham. They have been without a doubt the most professional agents we have dealt with. Every one of the team are most helpful and knowledgeable of their properties and the area. We highly recommend them.

I'm looking for property in Norfolk. It's a tedius process any way but when you go onto some mickey mouse outfit like Arnold Keys and get shown about 6 properties for sale after trawling through over 40 that are sold or stc it's gets very annoying. Explain this to the chat girl who avoids any sensible dialogue who keeps saying parrot like.'if you'd like to leave your details I'll pass them on'.Well no, not really. I'll look at a more professional eatate agents thanks very much. And don't bother posting one of you supposedly concerned replies. We all no it counts for jack ****

Excellent Service - Firstly the sales team that presentented the property so brilliantly. Secondly the negotiation team that arranged the viewings, showed the prospective buyers around the property, and dealt with the offers and lastly the support team that pushed the sale to completion by communicating with all the various parties involved. All very Professional, I would certainly recommend Arnold Keys to everybody.

They actively discriminate against people on Universal Credit. They told me I had to have a guarantor before viewing the property as Universal Credit was not a guaranteed income. When I challenged them on this by saying it is illegal to discriminate they changed their tune and said we can arrange for a viewing but would probably be passed over for. another applicant.

I've never missed a rent payment in my life. I am not on benefits because I don't want to work, I'm on them because of health issues which aren't going to get any better. I was then put through to a rather slimey little man who tried to twist everything I said. So I ended up hanging up. I am making an appointment with my local MP to raise this in the form of an MP's enquiry, watch this space. So much for the "excellent customer service".

If I can recommend an Estate agent it would 1000% be Arnold keys, - Me and my partner had been looking for properties to rent for 3 months + With poor service from other estate agents. but when we Viewed with Arnold keys Not only were they responsive with their Viewing enquiry but they made the whole Process Quick easy and stress Free! We recently relocated to Norwich and stayed at Airbnb for initial week. We were desperately looking for a permanent accommodation and contacted many letting agents, asked for quick processing of our applications to rent a property as we have limited time to move out from Airbnb. Most of the letting agents ate not responsive and took two days to reply but 'Arnold Keys' really understood our problem and immediately got approval from landlord to rent the property to us. Thanks to 'Joe Gates' for quick response and support during this pandemic.

The whole team have been very professional, understanding and caring throughout the house sale process from marketing through to exchange of contracts. Sherrie and Chrissy in the Support Team worked tirelessly on our behalf after our sale had been agreed and are both a credit to the company.

We used Arnolds Keys for a Homebuyers survey for a house we are buying. We were really impressed with them and can't recommend them enough. Our survey was booked and completed very quickly and the communications with Belinda were excellent! We received the report very soon after. The report was very detailed, stating any issues and necessary remedial works clearly.

We followed up on a couple of points from the report with the surveyor and were really impressed with Shaun's detailed answers and further information on possible options for replacing a boiler. We felt they went beyond what was expected from a Homebuyers survey. Thank you! It made the house-buying process feel less stressful!

I have had best experience with Arnold keys Norwich staff! Joe/Alfie/Julie and Phil were and have been extremely professional, polite and proactive to help everything sorted for me as a new tenant. Very thorough with the inventory as well and they do go out of their way to make your experience of home move as peaceful as possible! The team led by Katie Mountain at Arnold's Keys were extremely professional and proactive in marketing our property in Norwich in such challenging times. Everything from professional photography to EPC was carried out swiftly and we were on the market within days of instruction. They included a virtual viewing video which was very useful for buyers. We agreed a sale within 10 days of marketing and exchanged in just under 6 weeks. We would highly recommend Arnold's Keys.

Had a commercial property on the market with them for best part of a year, they kept telling us that we had a buyer after seven months of continually ringing and chasing nothing was happening even our solicitor said it isn't happening. Was not able to pull out of contract but was never sent a bill until we got a court demand for nearly 1000 so I. rang immediately to sort the bill, but was made to feel like I had done something wrong even though they were selling for us.

I had never had a demand ever in my life and when I asked why I didn't receive an invoice they were very flippant. After a discussion they did half the bill but the letter was still blaming us. All this on top of lockdown was very stressfull

Just exchanged contracts and would to thank all at Arnolds Keys for their help in making this happen under such unusual lock down times. Especially Sally at Norwich who regularly kept me informed.

I have been charged 200 to paint 1 room, I didn't even have a chance to sort it myself. Someone moved in before my contract was finished. Demanded the keys back to show people round and then didn't even bother to call me with they were taking the money, I rang multiple times to find out what was going on and no one, NO ONE even bothered to call. me back even tho I was promise they would on the same day or next day. No one seems to know what the basic procedures are telling different things everytime. Don't go to this company they seem to only care about getting money and nothing else.

A very disappointed tenant. Got engineer's visit for a broken washing machine on 10 April and it's been 3 day since and they tell me they contacted the landlord today. Appalling service after Being with the property more than 5 years. Prince of Wales road office in NORWICH.
