I used Elliotts to sell a property and they were excellent. Always friendly, dealing with the solicitors and keeping me fully updated throughout. Even when there was a danger of the chain falling apart - which was completely out of their control - they worked speedily to sort things out. Really pleased and quite the opposite of the sort of reputation estate agents normally have!

We would recommend Elliotts to anyone thinking of moving house. Laura in particular is amazing, and I don't think our chain would have gone through if it wasn't for her. We had a few hiccups along the way, but Laura kept everything moving and everyone up to date. We also felt like Laura genuinely wanted to see things work out for us, which in what can be an incredibly stressful time, we hugely valued. We purchased and sold through Elliot's and we cannot praise their service enough. There were a number of issues that needed to be dealt with that included local council planning, solicitors, seller and ourselves and Laura and her colleagues dealt with them all on our behalf. Professional, capable, friendly and not once did we feel as if we weren't important. We are now happy in our new home and our thanks go to the Elliott's team.

Our interaction with all the staff at Elliotts was very impressive. There is clearly good communication between members of their team and whenever we needed to contact them they were efficient and helpful, even if we were speaking to someone not directly involved in our house purchase. Our sales manager Laura was particularly good and I am convinced the sale would not have gone through if it hadn't been for her persistent and constant communication with us, our solicitors, and the other people involved in our chain. We would certainly recommend Elliotts highly above the other estate agents that we encountered in our house move, and will be using them again in the future!

Elliotts did an excellent job for us. Good communication and persevered with getting us our asking price. We had three other local agents estimate our house price at around 25,000 less We had a buyer that fell through and they got us another buyer with in a week, which allowed us to keep our house purchase chain intact.
