Kingsbury are one of if not the longest established agencies on the High Street, good reputation which is well deserved. Fees are reasonable and a good service, spot on in terms of realistic valuations for prices that will be achieved. Bought one and Sold two houses through them over 20 years and get impression they get a lot of repeat business. Simon in particular knows his stuff and Malcolm the inhouse Independent Financial Advisor is great at keeping you informed all the way through. And they do lettings/management too
