After starting my search in need of a bigger home, I finally came across a property with potential - listed by Cray & Norton. I had been in contact with a few other Estate Agents but none compare to the service that I received from from Darren Cray, Jess and the team. Although it has taken around 4 months or so, my purchase was finally completed yesterday. Hooray!

I was looked after by Jess during the early stages of the process; she was friendly, accessible and responsive. I then had the pleasure of working with Darren Cray for the remainder of the process. The Cray & Norton team were a pleasure to deal with throughout the protracted five-month sale process - for a three property chain it seemed like an eternity, with a whole host of unexpected, often last-minute "bumps in the road." I recently completed on a property in South Croydon through Cray & Norton and I cannot thank Darren, Marcel and the team enough for ensuring the transaction went through. From what we expected to be a relatively straight forward purchase, turned out to be an incredibly complicated one, with issues with the conveyancing, but Darren & Marcel worked extremely hard to ensure it all went through okay.

I found Cray & Norton during a recent property search and they were great, in particular Tracy Robinson was wonderful from start to finish!
