Streets Ahead first opened it's doors on the 1st March 1990, and since then the Directors and Staff feel they have gone from strength to strength, now boasting a reputation as Croydon's number one Estate Agent. It was a conscious decision to develop and compliment our Estate Agency rather than dilute the biggest asset of any company has, the Staff, by opening many offices.We have now grown in our Croydon Office providing a 3 story office with over 15 experienced staff. The directors decided to concentrate and capitalise on their most valuable asset i.e. the Staff and consequently a large amount of our business is via recommendations from the public and the professional sector. This is because most of our staff have worked for us for many years and have built up lasting relationships with customers and contacts.

My first experience with streets ahead was good. I never had no complaints a lady called Stefanie helped me with my move, she was very helpful and answered all my questions. When ending my tenancy the staff in streets ahead was so rude, everyone I spoke to had an attitude, never smiled and was very unsupportive. Five stars to Stefanie but the rest of the staff half a star. Not happy at all with the way I've been dealt with.

I was with another well known estate agents for 8 months and they were unable to even get any decent offers for my flat. Subsequently I lost out on taken advantage of the stamp duty freeze. I contacted Streets Ahead. Ms Marina Steel took charge. She has been very responsive and very helpful throughout the process and has made me have faith in estate agents again!
Ms Steel managed to get 3 offers within a week and the flat was sold 2 weeks later. Along with Marina, I was in talks with Mr Ryan Perrin who has been just as responsive and helpful! Keep up the good work!

I had a great experience with the Streets Ahead team in finding the right property to rent for myself. The team is very professional and supportive. Special thanks to George Barnes and Emma for being very helpful and accommodating for the extra requests that I had.
