Have rented with Keith Ashton on a let only basis for several years, having previously rented with them a few years before as well. They are friendly, helpful and quick to respond. I think it's also a great sign that the same staff have worked there for years. I've always dealt with Nicki and Jayne and they are both really lovely ladies. Their maintenance contractors Steve and Andy were also really lovely. I would definitely recommend them for your next move.

I have had the best experience with Keith Ashton letting office in Brentwood from the start to moving in! Sally and Leigh have been amazing and made this usually stressful experience such a smooth and easy journey for me which I am so grateful for! Very efficient Estate agents, the team always got back to us keeping us up to date with our lease application. Highly recommended. My house purchase through Keith Ashton Estate Agents has been difficult to say the least. My offer was accepted back in mid April 2021 and along the way we've been met with massive delays and problems. Some were down to searches taking ages to come back, others to do with the legal processes, with solicitors further up the chain dragging their feet.

I've had the good fortune to be looked after throughout all this by Hayley Steele. Hayley's after sales service has been absolutely amazing! She's always been available and worked so hard getting updates and keeping me up-to-date with what was going on. I really appreciate all Hayley has done and was delighted to have finally exchanged contracts this week. It makes a really big difference when an agent has a dedicated after sales service and Hayley does an excellent job, I can't thank her enough!

Really brilliant estate agents that made me feel comfortable from the moment I had my first phone call. I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking to buy or rent for the first time like I was. Not only this whenever I had a an enquiry they got back to me as soon as possible with the most detail they could possibly give to me.
