My wife and I had a great experience with Atkinson Stilgoe regarding our relocation to Coventry. Our contact person, Ms Emily Gray, was a friendly and very helpful agent, we appreciate their time and help.

This was my first contact with Atkinson Stilgoe finding somewhere to relocate to rent near Stratford upon Avon. Emily Gray was my point of contact, supporting the local office although not her base location, she was always very friendly and prompt with her communication, very helpful and professional, ensuring I was kept informed and always coming back to me with answers to my questions. Additionally she took the time to meet with me on a second occasion at a weekend to enable me to conduct a follow up viewing ahead of moving in which was really beneficial and much appreciated. Would highly recommend the service, Emily is a pleasure to work with.

We have recently found ourselves needing to move quickly and found a house to rent with Atkinson stilgoe. From the first phonecall to the lettings team Emily was fantastic! She quickly arranged for us to view the property answering all of questions and when we made the decisiont o proceed there and then she was so accomodating and allowed us to take our application and ID over to the office straight away.

All communication with Emily was brilliant, she responded to my emails quickly and kept us updated on the progress of our application throughout. What should have been a very stressful few weeks was actually calm and easy due to her professionlism and attention to detail. Renting a property through Atkinson's has been a fantastic experience even though we had to do it fully remotely due to the pandemic.
