An Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) contains information about how energy is used in a home together with typical energy costs. You must order an EPC when you market your property for sale or rent and we are able to organise this on your behalf as part of our service. This provides an energy efficiency rating and an environmental impact (CO2) rating, ranging from A (most efficient) to G (least efficient). We sold our property earlier this year with Robin Jones. They were amazing. We had a tricky chain that looked like falling apart at times. As a private landlord, I got bitten by a rogue tenant. Since leaving my house in Robin Jones's hands, there have still been problem tenants but I can honestly say Sue at Robin Jones has been superb. She has gone above and beyond every time an issue has been raised, dealing with histrionics in a calm and professional manner. She has sourced new tenants in an amazingly short period of time, sorted the usual maintenance disasters and planned maintenance which crop up in a timely manner and whilst I hold my breath sometimes when I see the number flash on my phone just in case its going to cost me, I never fail to finish the call happier than when I start it. Thoroughly recommend!

We have been looking for a house for the past 5 months. House hunting has been very difficult for us because we been travelling from Berkshire to Coventry every Saturday. We had two viewing with another agents. After the viewing I walked into Robin jones and I was shown 3 properties on the day. We put a offer on one property and it got excepted. Robin Jones were highly professional throughout the sale of my property. They were informative throughout every step.
