From the very start when Justina came out to give me a valuation for my property I knew that Barbets was an agency with a difference.they cared! This was very evident all the way through when I purchased my new property with Barbets. The whole process took a very long 7 months, but Justina kept me in the loop all the way through and I knew she would help as much as she could.
I just really thanked god that she was there as I say it was a long process (not down to Barbets in any way) and she kept me sane! in fact all the staff are very helpful, so a big pat on the back for all concerned at Barbets. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to friends and family.

I have used Barbets twice in the last 14 months to purchase a house for my wife and I and also an apartment for my mother in law, as we were all relocating to Paignton. Barbets offered us the properties that we required and both of the properties are perfect for our requirements. The service provided by Barbets was excellent and nothing was to much trouble at all. Justina Stanway dealt with both of our purchases and she really did offer a full on top class service to us all, offering all the assistance that she could offer, even helping to measure room sizes on a viewing within a set time scale and providing the floor plans to note room sizes on.
On the day of moving down from the North-West Justina even went out of her way to personally deliver our house keys out of hours, as by the time that we got down from the North-West to Paignton the office was closed for business, this gesture really sums up how good and helpful Barbets are, nothing seems to be to much trouble. Thank you Justina and thank you Barbets for finding us two perfect properties and helping to make our relocation as painless as it could be. Kind regards, Ann & John

Beware tenants! We didn't even start with this company our tenancy started with another and they took over a few months into our tenancy We have been left with a roof leaking into our bedroom, fleas, floors that are up we have spent over 1000 on our property because the landlord or agency wouldn't help and they are now stealing our deposit from us and sneaking in the property without telling us! Horrible attitudes, very unprofessional company was warned by a family member who sold home through barbets but assumed lettings may be different! To anyone looking to let do not go anywhere near this company it's the biggest mistake you will ever make! 0 if I could
