Me and my partner purchased a property on the market through Wilkins Estate agents. We would recommend using these, although we don't plan on selling our home it is comforting knowing there is a professional, reliable and friendly estate agents. We had contact with Lucy and Ben the most and both were extremely helpful throughout the process.

Worked with Lucy on renting our property out via Wilkins Tenant find service. Her communication throughout was excellent, keeping us upto speed throughout on viewings and applications. Wilkins were the only estate agent to take the time to talk to me when I was only tentatively looking to sell my house and view properties. They didn't try and cut me short on conversations where all other estate agents did when they found out I hadn't sold yet. Really pleased with Wilkins. My boyfriend and I purchased a buy-to-let property and received excellent communication throughout (completed within 3 months). Martyn (mortgage advisor) was excellent and got us a great deal and sorted paperwork quickly. Once we completed, we asked Wilkins to advertise it for rent and they found a suitable tenant straight away and the property was empty for less than a month - thanks to Lucy & Bethan.
