We have moved to Tunbridge Wells during the pandemic in 2020, which made things more complicated by finding a decent property; after being in contact with couple local estate agencies, we came across Brackets which is very well known in town apparently for its amazing services; what can I say - Janie - was absolutely brilliant! Worst Letting Agent and their services in Tonbridge please stay away. Recently moved into an Apartment managed by Bracketts they charged me the highest Rent compared to the other apartments in the vicinity. The house was not properly cleaned nor inspected. The toilet flush was not working, the balcony has stinking stuff to name a few. It's been a week and they have not given me the Inventory checklist, the worst customer service I have seen.

Brackett's acted on behalf on our vendor and I only wish that we sold our property via them. They were incredibly helpful and did their best to keep my wife and I in the loop regarding our purchase, even if there wasn't much update. The helped make our purchase as smooth as possible. I was very pleased with the service we received from Bracketts. They were very professional and pleasant to deal with. The sale went through at a the second attempt after the first buyers pulled out over planning issues. However the eventual buyer has completed the purchase so we very satisfied. What is impressive is that the entire transaction and all our dealings with Bracketts have been at arms length and virtual. They have adopted the new ways of working around Covid 19 very well.
