I highly recommend Gill Weavers of Lambert and Foster. The valuation was spot on, and the online marketing of our property was high quality and professional, and made our property stand out. Gill is very responsive, practical and ahead of the curve when it comes to selling. Gill was also very calm during the whole process, and I would not hesitate to use Gill again for any sale.

Was shown around a lovely property first and put down a holding deposit. Came to an email later on late at night saying they had selected someone else. After many emails and phone calls to them about other properties they had listed but they never replied. We both have very secure respectable jobs. I can only fathom the fact that two men were looking to let was the issue. Still waiting for a reply or phone call back some months later however all settled in a nice new place with Sandersons who were great from start to finish.

Have called Lambert & Foster Paddock Wood for the third time to try and arrange a viewing of a property that has been on the market since 2018. They simply do not call back. I have just chased again and spoken to a woman with completely the wrong attitude. Abrupt and unhelpful after telling me that everyone has gone home now, (maybe she's the cleaner?).
She asked me when I wanted to view the property, I asked her to tell me what dates they had available. She offered me a day and time which I accepted and then she said she needed to check the diary to make sure ''the viewing lady' could make it. She came back to tell me it would have to be half an hour earlier as the lady had another viewing after.
When I said I didn't want a rushed 10 minute viewing she sarcastically asked how long I wanted. I said 45 mins to and hour as the property is huge and is up for development. there's a lot to take in and I have questions to ask. Its on for half a million pounds and I want more than 10 minutes of someones time. This could explain why the property still hasn't sold.
We have now left it that someone is going to call back tomorrow. 'Are you sure?', I asked, 'Of course' said the rude woman. I am now searching to see if any other estate agents are acting for the vendors, or even if I can contact the vendors directly as I would want to know if my estate agents were marketing my property this unprofessionally. Wholly unimpressed.

Worst rental experience of my life! Steph at this branch was the letting agent, had problems from the start. Didn't tell us about shared access at the property and told us that we were dealing directly with them not the landlord prior to our money being handed over which was incorrect. We had several issues at the property, no washing machine which took 1 month for the agent to replace, let alone the damp in the property which was denied.
On moving out the agent said that the house was in better condition than when we moved in and approved a full return of money. The agent also admitted to being a 'friend' if he landlord. 2 weeks after we moved out still no deposit back and claiming new damage (one being plaster falling off the walls due to damp), even though another resident has now lived there for 2 weeks. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
