Based upon my experience of selling through John Bray I can, without any reservation, recommend them. A local agency with a great deal of local knowledge and that shows. The agency not only cares about selling your property but that of the relationship it has with its clients. Very professional, supportive, friendly and trustworthy. They will try to obtain the best price without giving an over optimist valuation (unlike some agencies).
