The most horrible service I have ever had! They did not respond to any enquiries about the property. Forgot to send the form even after several calls and when we finally got the form and returned it the same day, they lost it for over a week and on the calls kept on lying that the form is being sent to the owner. After over a week they admitted they have never seen the email and the next day when I called again to see if they managed to find it, they started laughing on the phone that they just received a call from the property owner to say that they rented the property. Laughing while I was telling them that they were the ones who lost our email for over a week. THANK YOU for keeping us on the line for 3 weeks hoping we will get the house that we really wanted.
