Highly recommend using the services of Rick and his team at Capitol Lettors. I leased a rental that they managed from 2019-2022 in Peterborough. From the point I met his team to view a property and then file an application, I knew that I was working with a team I could trust. Rick and his team were straight forward with details and helped me understand the processes and local customs as I was new to the area.

Our move in was easy and his team was professional during our entire lease period. Any enquiries or issues tied to the property were quickly addressed and the communication between he and the landlord was clear and I never questioned the intentions of either. The team was very respectful of our wishes as tenants, especially during the uncertain times during the Covid pandemic.

We wish we could have remained in the property longer, but our time as visiting forces was up and we had to move on to our next duty location. Thank you Rick and the rest of the team for everything. We hope to return to the area some day.
