Having paid for 14 yrs our lease payment to them. I thought it may be a good move to ask to purchase the freehold to our property. Which they kindly accepted. It was then our issues really began. It was confirmed that the process would take place, I recieved a letter in Sept last year. Only to call back in November to be told It had only just gone to their solicitors, nearly 7 weeks of nothing!
Then there was significant delays from both of them seemingly to delay any progress. Having paid for the service in advance I can only assume they didn't get on with it promply! Finally after making lots of calls to them it was completed. Took far too long, Couln't wait to get shot of them both!

Throughout our tenancy we have had open communication with county estate agents, who have offered clear and informative responses. Issues that have come up throughout our tenancy have been dealt with compassion and understanding. They have always been friendly and easy to speak to. This was our first experience of renting and it one that is going to be though to beat.

Based on my call and response from the person I spoke too it was not good. I have been told they manage some land at the rear of properties locally and all I did was tell them about a vehicle that appears to have been dumped there. I was asked 'who's it was?' If I knew that I would have asked them to move it. Then the killer answer. ' I will look into it when I get round to it' If they don't manage the land, tell me.
Council not interested as it was them that directed me to the estate agent. Its a flat bed truck that blocks vehicle access. Disappointed that an estate agent talks to people like this. One day I'll move and thankfully I have a choice where to market my property.

I rented a property through Russell and County Estate Agents about 12 years ago, and I'm delighted to be renting through them again. Russell and Julia make the process of renting as hassle-free and easy as possible. It was a smooth process and I was made to feel at ease after an absolutely awful experience with my previous letting agent.

I recently started renting a property via county and all I can say is what a great service. Julia and Russel went out of their way not only to help me with my dog situation, but also working to the ridiculously small time frame I gave them to get the property ready. i wouldn't hesitate to recommend them Craig
