We called Harvey Richards six months ago and gave them a very specific brief along with several other agents in the town as our family needs meant only a particular sort of house would suit and within four weeks of giving them our brief our offer was accepted on a stunning sea view house where I now sit looking at the stunning sunset with my young family playing in the water.
What a far cry London is. No other agent even called us! Not even with something for us to view! therefore I cannot recommend Harvey Richards & West more highly to those seeking an outstandingly professional estate agent in Whitstable.

I bought my house through Harvey Richards and West and because of their amazing service at that time, there was only one agent I would choose when I decided to sell. I have now sold my property through them and Rory and Shauna put so much effort into the service they offer. They are professional, friendly and always go out of their way to help you as a buyer or seller.
They respond instantly to emails and texts, I cannot fault them in any way. They've even helped me with things over the last couple of years when I haven't been a customer, because they care. They go above and beyond for their customers. They are definitely the best agent in the area.

This is the third time we have purchased a property through Harvey Richards and West and they have never failed to impress. So much so that we have also used them to sell a couple of properties due to their outstanding service. Rory has gone above and beyond in helping us secure our recent purchase having listened to our requirements and finding a property to match. Shauna has always been very supportive in dealing with viewings and those "niggling" issues- a great team! Highly recommended.

I recently bought my dream sea view house in Whistable through Rory & Shauna @ HRW. To say how smoothly this deal went through is an understatement. The staff there were all so professional and helpful in dealing with my many queries. After viewing several properties with different agents it soon became clear that I would be buying one off the Harvey Richards & West houses due to the sheer arrogance and unprofessionalism of the other agents in the town. I'd been looking for a home in Whitstable for a long time and got to know the area, the housing stock and the estate agents very well Rory, from Harvey, Richards and West was always exceptionally help and friendly. The properties he showed me always fitted my requirements and taste, no time-wasting. Once my previous house was sold, I had no hesitation in contacting him.
