As the Sellers specialist for David Clarke's, the aspects of my role I enjoy most are interacting with different clients and listening to their fascinating stories. Helping them achieve their goal is so rewarding, even after nine years at David Clarke's I still never tire of that feeling. When I'm not at work I enjoy playing for my local table tennis league or spending time with my wife and daughter. As a Land and New Homes Specialist, I specialize in valuing new homes before and after construction.
We've been helping people move in Herne Bay and East Kent since my father David set up the business in 1968. More than 53 years on, and despite the world changing enormously, we're still family-owned and independent, and our approach to looking after clients is still the same - we work hard and with honesty to get our clients the best results.

Theresa is a nice person that helps you find a home as well as she can. communication isn't the best but it's the same with all estate agents. Had problems years ago but i dont hold it against them. I would definetly recommend them if looking for some where haven't dealt with the sales staff yet as just moved to the area but it looks professional and I would be using them when ready to buy.

I just want to say, what an amazing team they have at Herne Bay David Clarke's Estate Agents. From the minute I called to ask to view a property and being able to accommodate the numerous viewings with Jodie, to chasing up solicitors and sellers and keeping me informed of what is happening by the wonderful Gareth, these individuals kept me sane through some of the hardest days of this buy, even Paul had to endure my moans and groans, yet through it all, they were nothing but polite, professional and at the end of the call, left me with a smile. We bought our house through David Clarke estate agents and they really were first class. We engaged with a number of their agents when viewing properties before we found the property we progressed on.
