I am writing this review for Bradley Hearse from Goodfellows, who we liaised with during our search for a rental property. Bradley was super helpful, very prompt with his responses over phone and email, very knowledgeable and a very pleasant person to deal with. He showed us around a few properties and it was always very easy to talk to him and ask him questions. He was always honest with his responses, which always made us feel confident. He is a great agent, and I'm sure he will go places with his attitude and skills!

Having used quite a few estate agents in the Merton area over the last decade, I can safely say the service and attention received from Goodfellows in Morden was the best experience of it's kind I've had so far. After my last house purchase fell through and the market went weird at the end of the stamp duty holiday, I felt quite overwhelmed with the whole process. Jack and his team really helped guide me through the rigmarole and actually listened to what I was looking for, bringing me only properties with real potential on our search.

Once a property was chosen, Goodfellows were quick accurate, informative and helpful in getting the purchase over the line (even assisting me in dealing with the painfully slow solicitor I had decided to use). I used Goodfellows to sell a property recently and was very happy with the service provided. Firstly their knowledge of the market in South Merton was the most informed of any of the agents I spoke to which allowed me to feel confident in establishing an asking price. They then were able to generate significant interest and obtain an excellent offer for the property.

Through the execution of the sale they kept me informed at every stage and by keeping close contact with the buyer were able to forsee a potential problem with financing of the purchase which they were able to overcome by negotiating with the buyer and changing the finance structure. The service was always courteous and timely and I would thoroughly recommend them.

I really loved working with the team mainly Tony and Jack, they were both very friendly, efficient and professional. I found the quality of the service overall to be excellent. the communication was first class and my late mother's house was sold so quickly at the price we wanted. The service met all of our needs and exceeded all my expectations. I would use this estate agents again.

Jack and Tony were extremely Professional and efficient. No ask was too much and they were more than happy to arrange/rearrange viewings of my property to suit me. Queries were answered quickly and the process was explained at each stage. Communication was great. Would recommend Goodfellows Morden over their Raynes Park Branch which I had some dealings with initially, but changed offices and what a great decision.

Quick and efficient. Viewing was set up on the same day I ringed them and was able to close the tenancy agreement in the shortest time possible. They are also accommodating in understanding our situation as a family who just moved-in to London. Agent was also responsive to calls and emails.
