Drewery Property Consultants, established in 1946, offer a complete specialist service in Residential Property Sales, Lettings and Property Management. Our Head office and Administration Centre is based in Sidcup, and we offer professional services to homeowners throughout the boroughs of Bexley, Bromley, Dartford, Swanley, Eltham and surrounding South East London areas. A total of around 20 members of staff are employed in the various departments under the supervision of fully experienced Managers.
Tom joined us in 2010, and now has many years of property sales experience. He undertakes his role of Sales Manager with enthusiasm, professionalism and a genuine interest in people and property. David joined the company in 2010 and is ARLA qualified. His extensive Lettings experience and good administration and communication skills, help to reassure landlords their property is in safe hands.
Stamp duty is a tax paid by people buying property, although it varies slightly across the UK. The amount handed to the government depends on where you are in the UK, and the price of the property. I 100% recommend Drewery if you're looking to rent a place or buy. Reliable, very reasonable price compare to the rest of agency out there. I received a bottle of wine and a sweet card when I moved it. (Look like not a big deal?) But am telling you it's the first have ever received and it tells the kind of people they are. They care!

From viewing to completion lasted 4 months, their service and care were very good. I viewed couple of houses before and Tom Ferguson knew exactly what I was looking for, this shows his attention to details were good as he remember each customer's requirement. After the deal were agreed, Nick barber took over and look after the purchase process. He referred solicitor, electrician and surveyor, all these referral were brilliant as i have a hassle free purchase. Also, Nick is very responsive to my call or email. I would definitely use Drewery again if I am moving house in the future.

Amazing service right from the very start at Drewery! James especially was so helpful. Made the journey of finding where to rent feel so much easier than I thought! We were really impressed by the swift response to our enquiry and the professionalism when Tom came to valuate our home. Not only does he have great interpersonal skills which made us feel relaxed, his knowledge and expertise enabled us to feel confident in how to progress. We recently bought a house through Drewery. Tom was at the viewings and was really helpful when we put our offer in as we had never done it before and also helped us with on completion day after hours with an unexpected delay. After our offer was accepted Nick was helpful in liaising with our solicitor and helped us resolve some issues with her. Overall we had a good experience.
