I chose Hopson Property Services to market what had been the family home for more than 50 years. It was, and still is, a very attractive property, but now required a large amount of renovation work. Geoff Holloway impressed right from the start. He made by far the best initial pitch, coming up with a clear, logical plan of how the property would be marketed.
As soon as the property went on sale there was a lot of interest, with multiple viewings arranged in the first few days, and the best offer was accepted one week later. I can't fault Geoff's handling of the process - it helped to take a lot of the stress away.
