Finding a rental in Denver is quite the game to play. When we finally found one in our price range we jumped. Eric was very responsive and helpful through this process. I think I had a million questions and he answered each one promptly. With everything going on with COVID-19, he was still able to accommodate us. Thank you!

Beware of this company. I contacted them over two calendar days on a property and I have all the emails as evidence. No reply. When they finally replied it was a few hours after I just went ahead and dropped an application. $40 for the application when they're not even going to run it. It could have been avoided had they just answered my emails and texts and voice mails and phone calls.

They're super poorly managed. It's impossible to get service here I called for days. If you are thinking about listing your home with them, I don't recommend it because if they aren't willing to pick up prospective tenant calls you may end up with a lower rate for your rental. And if you're a tenant think about how hard it will be to get service if it's that hard just to apply. Just suggestions.

It's the fourth day since submitting my application & i have yet to speak on the phone with Eric. I've only received emails or text messages telling me he'd call tomorrow. Never happened. Nonetheless, we were prepared to move to the property immediately but have since found a different property and today signed our lease. I'll be requesting my application fee back!

It's just extremely hard to get ahold of anyone. I've had a late fee on my account for 18 days due to an error on their end. Can't get any response back.

I'm a property investor and I LOVE these guys! I see some negative reviews her but they are all from tenants - From a property owner and investor position these guys handle every little thing for me expertly and my tenants like them and have Said they are so much better to deal with than my last management company! This is a hard business to make people happy and they have made me very happy with how they have handled all my investment properties and always have a great attitude!

Horrible customer service. I have rented one of their peoperties for almost a year and a half and have had trouble contacting the maintenance guy or the management office the whole time. They will either not respond, or if they do they will give a couple of responses and then stop talking in the middle of my inquiries. God forbid i finally moved out in May and the management office will only correspond through email. even though i continuously email and leave voicemails i never get a response.

But when i did they said sorry they're busy and their response to me was "stuck in the draft folder". RENTERS BEWARE its been 41 days and i still have yet to see my deposit or them being any sort of prompt/urgent about it, they plainly admit they haven't even gotten an approval slip from maintenance to begin.and it's clearly in a line on their back burner.

The maintenance guy Rob also disclosed he had to do things such as clean the carpet and repaint for his "process" before submitting the approval deposit slip to management. A SECURITY DEPOSIT is NOT for NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR so why am i having to wait for him to repaint?! This is COMPLETELY ABSURD! Either the place is in good condition when u look at it or its not but things that are the owners responsibility SUCH AS PAINTING should not affect my RENTERS deposit or it's time of return and quite honestly its another way they like to keep renters helpless. they give u 7 days to tell them anything thats wrong, but take 60 days to fight tooth and nail about giving u ur money back.

Terrible Company, if your a home owner look elsewhere for property management. The listing agents don't answer calls, or give call backs. Took over a week to respond to my email and text messages to view a property and the office screwed up the paperwork and wouldn't get in contact to fix the issue.

This is possibly the worst company to rent out to. I tried reaching Eric to view multiple properties over a week. Called. Texted. Emailed. I was interested in renting out a property and was getting nowhere. So I decided to go to his office and talk to him face to face. He wasn't there. So a lady at the office texted him letting him know I was there and wanted a showing.

He texted her right back saying he would get back to me that day. He never did. Or the next day either. When Eric finally texted me back offering a showing of the property, I was elated. I asked him if a morning time would work and yet again he ghosted. No text back. No call back. No nothing. If you are a future renter, do not go here. Let this be a warning of potential issues that may be down the road. If you have investment properties, I would recommend taking your business elsewhere. Perhaps a business that wants to rent out properties.
