Our situation was a cash buyer of a vacant possession property. It was a relatively straightforward transaction and as intermediaries Lang Town & Country were very good. I would single out Becky as being particularly helpful in pushing both solicitors to hit an important deadline and keeping us posted. I know it's easy to knock estate agents for the rates they charge but be thankful you're not selling a property in France where the minimum rate is 4%. We were very pleased with Lang Town & Country throughout the whole process, many thanks.
