Bought a house through Plymouth Homes recently, person doing the viewings was professional and friendly and the communication was excellent throughout the purchase.

I approached Plymouth Homes shortly after my grandmothers death to obtain a house valuation. The team were fantastic and sympathetic to the situation. A detailed valuation was received for the purpose of probate and plenty of advice given by their knowledgeable team.

This is the second time we have used Plymouth Homes and we couldn't recommend them more highly. From start to finish they have been first class, both the sales and after sales teams were helpful, polite, knowledgable and we always felt like we mattered. We did not have the easiest of moves due to our purchase but they were so patient and offered very good advice along the way.

Whenever we phoned they knew exactly who we were and the latest situation and we never felt rushed or pressurised. We would definitely use Plymouth Homes again and would recommend to anyone else looking for an Estate Agency who really does care.

The Team at Plymouth Homes are brilliant. They have access to reliable and trustworthy contractors. I needed to sell a properly which was previously let by them. During the conveyancing period they helped me get essential work done (fire risk assessment and actions) which could have delayed the sale.
