Litchfields was established In the late 1980's by Richard Barnett FNAEA, the present managing director and founder. Throughout, Richard Barnett has maintained the running of Litchfields, ably assisted by his fellow directors, Jo Balkin, Giselle Harrison, Charles Bobroff and James Dawson. Together they are Involved in the day-to-day running of all the Litchfield offices, and on a personal level, are each active in everything from client liaison to selling property.

Litchfields were always pleasant to deal with, prepared to take on a property needing modernisation after 49 years of occupation. Charles Bobaroff gave helpful advice during preparation for the sale and support during set backs both to me as seller and the eventual purchasers. The fact that the sale completed within 3 months of going on the open market during the Covid epidemic is I think a recommendation in itself.

Litchfields helped with the simultaneous rental of my flat and purchase of my new home. We recently moved into a rental property in Hampstead Garden Suburb. Our timeline to move was very compressed and Anne Marie at Litchfields was absolutely amazing in helping us complete the whole process in a couple of days from originally viewing the property.
