Mark Higgins, the Branch Manager at Dartford, was our contact with Livermores for the sale of our vacant property and his years of experience have not dimmed his enthusiasm. His calm, professional approach and detailed local knowledge were very reassuring. The valuation and proposed marketing was agreed, and the first "Open Day" (within 2 weeks of the valuation!) produced 13 viewings, resulting in us receiving 4 significant offers, above the "guide price", for the property, of which, the best was accepted.

From the start we were kept informed of progress and all details of appointments etc were readily available through their on-line system. Phone calls to the office were answered promptly and dealt with efficiently. A very calm and stress free experience. Well done.

I have used Livermores to help me rent out my flat for several years now. Overall I have been very pleased with the experience. They are very easy to get hold of and on with regardless of who I am dealing with or what I have asked of them. In recent months they have been incredibly helpful as my entire flat needed clearing out and decorating prior to a new tenant moving in.

This all went very smoothly and I was kept fully informed along the way. I was also very impressed with the speed at which suitable tenants were found. I cannot fault Andrew Tustin who is currently managing my flat. Very friendly and obliging. There has been the occasional hiccup over the years, sometimes out of their control, but I have found them to be very fair when it comes to managing these which is important to me. This is why I am still with them after so much time. Thank you everyone.

Tracey was our property manger for just over 2.5 years. She was an absolute star a high standard that all estate agents should hope to live up too. Our property had some starter hiccoughs but Tracey kept in touch daily so we knew she was on the case. If only they were an agent throughout the uk!

Livermores has honestly been the best experience I've ever had with any estate agents. I rented a 1 bedroom apartment. From beginning to end they have been fantastic. I dealt with Tracey who was always so helpful. Even when I had to give up the apartment it was so easy to contact them & there was no headaches. The whole team is super nice & friendly too. Highly recommend it.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value We rent a flat from them and had lots of problems at the end. Was very unprofessional and rude. Be very careful when you rent with them but I don't recommend at all this agency.
