A brilliant service from Andy, very friendly, always helpful, honest advice, found excellent tenants very quickly and took on all the hard work all for a very fair fee. I believe also provided the tenants with excellent service. An update March 22. I have now sold my flat through Spencer James and received an outstanding service from Tom Cann. As with the letting service, good honest advice, diligence and perseverance in a difficult market. As a property professional myself, I have no hesitation recommending.

It's a pleasure to use such a great team of people. Bought my first home in royal docks and did viewings with another agent in the day but Andy got talking to me outside concierge and got me to increase my budget to be able to buy a two bed instead of the one beds I was being shown by outlook Toby. Got married had two kids so needed a house with a garden and good schools so ended up buying in Cheshunt with some great recommendations from Andy.
I then ask him to let my flat out which they did since 2017. Now I have decided to move abroad So got Andy to rent out the house in Cheshunt for me as well. Great company to work with and their prices for work are really reasonable. Amazing photos used to advertise properties, floor plans and good details.

Spencer James have been extremely efficient and diligent from start to finish of the tenancy of the property I rented while working in London Tunnels. I will not hesitate to contact them when I intend staying or working in London for longish periods and want a peaceful environment to live and work in.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Thomas Cann! As a first time I was very nervous about the whole process but he mad everything so easy and pleasant. From arranging the viewing of the flat to chasing the seller and his solicitors to respond to my solicitors requests, Thomas made the purchasing process run that little bit smoother. He made it possible for me to complete on my property in time for the stamp duty holiday which he knew was important to me.
He went over and beyond the call of duty, knowing I was a first time buyer with no clue what I was doing he was there to provide an helping hand when I ran in to issues or was struggling to find solicitors and a surveyor for my property. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better estate agent! I would highly recommend them!

Thomas was great from beginning to end. As we were first time buyers he thoroughly answered all our questions and supplied us with all the relevant documents. We saw the property a few times and both Andy and Thomas were great in showing us around. They were very truthful and gave us good advice as first time buyers. Thomas was great all round.
