I just brought my first home through Man & Co Sheerness. Honestly without a doubt THE best estate agents. Kerry & Georgia are two of the most wonderful people, and they both went above and beyond getting my purchase all finalised. They regularly updated me with what was happening with the property and where we were in the process, and overall just an absolute phenomenal service, a pleasure to deal with. I have just sold house with Mann and Co. Would I recommend the company though? Absolutely not! They operate on a premise of over valuing the property to get your custom in order to tie you into a contract. You have a soggy sales person at the end of the phone unable to even remember the main features of the property thus not achieving the market value.

We have sold with them so I suppose not all doom and gloom but only through our circumstances that haven't allowed us to be too picky. Cherry on top was meeting the new owner before completion realising he didn't know about half of the spec of the house he bought. Someone got themselves a good deal. Thanks Sheerness branch, glad I don't have to deal with you ever again
