He set me up with a quick viewing for a place and everything else went smoothly. No agency fees and the team was fast and professional. Booked a viewing for a property in advance and told them to notify me if anyone else shows interest so I don't waste train ticket money to get there. I was told a day before the viewing that it was cancelled with no warning. When I called them and asked them why this has happened the woman on the phone patronized me and read off her script. Incredibly unprofessional, condescending and poor customer service (they couldn't even spell my name right in the emails). I will never use their service again and will not recommend them to anyone. They have no integrity.
