We recently sold our property with Shortland Horne and the service from start to finish was impeccable. From having the house valued through to the sale completion, the team where very supportive and helpful through the process. Professional engagement from start to completion. The marketing team were excellent aided by some stunning marketing photographs. The prospects were professionally hosted by the team at my property and then followed up with good feedback - resulting in an acceptable offer in about a fortnight. Then Linda got involved! Excellent communication up and down the chain from her as well as solicitor liaison - buyer and vendor were always made aware of the stage and processes to exchange and completion. A service that was worth their price. Just as we all like it.

Highly recommended. From valuation to completion, the service was excellent. I think it was Andrew who came out to give us a quote. he valued the property 25,000 above Foster Lewis estate agents, our property sold within 2 weeks for 50 over the asking price. And then there was Sam Bailey; she helped us throughout the whole process, which turned out to be complicated due to legal issues. Just completed on a house purchase with Shortland Horne city office and I cant fault them, they were extremely helpful and professional from start to finish. The aftersales team were extremely helpful and on the ball id not hesitate to purchase through them again and if I ever look to move in the future I will certainly be passing my business onto them.

We have sold two properties with Shortland Horne this year. The valuing was accurate, the photographs were fantastic, but where they really added value was with our second sale and the after sale care provided by Sam. The second sale was part of a chain and we were buying onwards - it was a long chain and not very straightforward at all, but the after-sale care provided by Sam was second to none.

She went above and beyond for us, ensuring we had all the information we needed from the entire chain. She used her wealth of experience and contacts to make sure that the chain never broke down, and I felt that she really cares for her clients. My initial engagement with Shortland and Horne was very good and they were very helpful in helping me understand the value of my house and doing all the marketing to put it on the market. As the market was buoyant at the time we quickly found a buyer, but didn't go at all to plan. The buyer strung us along and was clearly out to get a big reduction on asking price by demanding for discounts close to the deadline for the stamp duty holiday.

I do feel that Shortland and Horne could have been more proactive and use their expertise to "smoke out" the bad buyer earlier and save a lot of stress before letting it get as far as it did which is why I have given them 4 stars. However, once we put the house on the market again for a reduced price we found another buyer and the sale went through very smoothly.

I have recently purchased a house via S.H, I have been dealing with S.B who has been super helpful with the process of purchasing the house and working with their client to ensure a smooth transaction.
