This company is like Jekyll and Hyde, one rep left me and my wife feeling frustrated and depleted. They was difficult to deal with and a lack of customer service towards potential buyers. Then there was another rep who was professional and courteous throughout. I wouldn't consider using them to sell a property in the future due to the less than pleasant experience and I would be reluctant to buy a house through them.

Food was ok, but the service was terrible, waited 1 hour to get food in a cold empty restaurant, ignored all night, just not good enough.

Put in on offer on a property which was rejected. 6 weeks later was phoned up to say they had 'received a significantly higher offer' than what i had put in and would i be interested in increasing it.just looked on Zoopla. the property subsequently sold for nearly 10k less than my offer (7% of property value). Dirty tactics. stay away.

Extremely rude woman called Sarah on a weekend arrogant, attitude problem. So patronising. Needs lessons on customer service. She needs to get her facts straight.

Bad customer service, they do not contact you as promised and do not follow up enquiries. Will not deal with them again.
