Latymers are one of the worst agencies around the neighborhood and everyone knows that. I met them initially when I wanted to rent in the area. Liked an apartment and wanted to see if the landlord would make certain conditions (new paint, change carpet). He kept me waiting for a week saying he'd ask and then when I called back said he can't ask the landlord unless I actually signed the lease.

We have been renters in the UK since 2000 and have been in a number of properties and dealt with our fair share of Letting Agents. Ali Hassan from your company (Latymers) has truly been a breath of fresh air for my wife and I in our last few property decisions and moves. Ali is patient and knowledgeable and is quite likely the hardest working person we've ever met.

He's also a great listener which is indeed rare these days. In 2019 he placed us in a lovely flat on Brook Green where we stayed for a few years and he sorted out all of our issues. We were recently flooded in our flat in Fulham and Ali came to the rescue and negotiated a lovely place for us in Latymer Court. We were living in an Aibnb due to the floods and he came through for us quickly and efficiently. Latymers Estate Agents is very fortunate to have a person with Ali's character and drive. Ali is the reason we choose Latymers!

The property management of this agent to Latymers Court tenant is very good. I had a ceiling lamp light bulb blown and need to be replaced. Due to the high ceiling and did not know how to remove the the lamp cover, I asked the agent for help. The property manager sent the subcontractor to help the work the next day and finished in five minutes. Thank you so much for the assistance as it should be the responsibilty of the tenant to change the light bulb.

Really useless and unprofessional. Attempted several times to view a property. The agent kept responding saying he'd 'text me later' and on my final attempt to contact him to set up a viewing he told me the property had been let to the landlord's personal contact but didn't even intend to let me know. Very time wasting - wouldn't recommend

Very professional agency, stayed in one of there properties and had nothing but excellence throughout my stay. I really recommend this agency for anyone looking for properties throughout the region. All agents are hard working and polite and i will be back for sure!

We have been renting for a number of years a property managed by Latymers. They have been acting professionally and responsively at every step. At signing we appreciated flexibility about furniture and improvements, at tenancy extension certain new terms were agreed and performed, at check out they were very helpful to accommodate changes in our situation. Latymer's agents clearly know the Hammersmith area and have people who can come at short notice to fix things in the property. You are in safe hands if you are looking to rent a managed apartment in H&F.

The team at Latymers Estate Agents have been nothing but stellar. My partner and I have lived there for the last 4 years- changing flats 3 times and each time Ali has gone over and beyond in helping us secure the flat we wanted.
