Having already tried 2 other estate agents, Karen E had said "why not give us a try?" So end of May 2021 we decided to do just that. The marketing they did for our flat was brilliant and obviously just right as within 2 weeks of signing up we had a viewing booked. We had had no previous viewings! There were a few ups and downs throughout the journey, but to no fault of theirs. Karen insisted "i will get your flat sold", within 8 months we were in our new home. Cannot thank them all enough. Would definitely recommend!

We recently bought a house though Morris and Mennie. Though it was a rough process selling ours Karen at M&M really helped the process go though. I would advice not to use Purple Bricks and their Conveyancers and to go with an estate agent like M&M who offer the support. Karen even bought the keys out to the road as I had my newborn baby in the car to make it as easy for me as possible on moving day. A lovely touch.

Morriss and Mennie have done an amazing job with the selling of my property. Huge thanks go out to the team but especially Libby. My sale wasn't an easy one due to many mess ups from solicitors but Libby was amazing, she worked incredibly hard trying to sort the solicitors, chaising constantly and keeping me up to date. We recently purchased a house through Morris and Mennie and they were the most helpful and professional they could possibly be. Special mention of Jane who was extremely efficient and a calming influence on my wifes shattered nerves and went above and beyond in her efforts to get the rest of the chain organised. Would recommend to anyone considering buying or selling a house in the area.

Morriss & Mennie acted as the agent for the the property I was purchasing so I did not employ them directly. I found them to be professional, courteous, and responsive and thought the quality of the customer service to be exceptional. Their straightforward and honest approach was so different to the experience I had with my own agent who seemed interested in nothing but their own fee and were reluctant to answer or return calls (Sharman Quinney).

I would like to note that the branch manager, Karen, was exceptional and provided help and guidance when my own agent did not. I would highly recommend and would use them in preference to other agents if I were to sell a property again.

3 years ago they allowed us to view an empty property at short notice before we returned to Somerset, we asked for a second viewing 3 hours later before we headed home and again it was arranged. They went the extra mile as far as we were concerned and kept in touch through the sale, would have no hesitation in using if we were selling this property.

We recently moved from South Wales to the Spalding area, and as with most house moves there are logistical issues to overcome, but moving so far (5hr drive door to door), meant the usual 2nd and 3rd visits to a property were nearly impossible! That is when we found out how amazing some estate agents are compared to others. Morriss & Mennie, literally helped us with everything and anything we asked, from gaining measurements for curtains, to asking a million questions of the vendors, to having the heating turned on for when we moved.

I cannot recommend these guys enough and special mention has to go to the Manager - Karen, as in my opinion went above the call of duty to ensure our move went as smoothly as it did. My mother in law is moving to the area very shortly and we've already stated to her to use Morriss & Mennie. Thank you again.

They said that my property was and I quote "unrentable", because it was on the market for sale. It took 2 days for William H Brown to find tenants. Just saying.

Morriss and mennie sold our parent's bungalow, absolutely great service from the holbeach office no problems what so ever. Special mention to Jo Sands who mainly dealt with us, so efficient and friendly.

What a fantastic team. From the day we put our property on the market to the day we sold it and moved (which was only weeks) the team were on the ball. Nothing was a problem to them at all.
