I have been looking for a property to rent in the Peterborough location and I feel I must let other renters know that if you are looking for a helpful, informative and positive experience, you cannot do better than speak to Rosedale. So many agencies treat renters in a careless manner as there are so many applicants for each property but Rosedale really try to help and treat you as an individual.
Although I have yet to find a property, I am sure that Rosedale will be the agent I finally rent through as they have the personal touch. It is refreshing to find such a friendly and professional service.

Having worked for Rosedale for a number of years during my time with 2 different companies, it's been a pleasure helping them out in need when their properties have had a plumbing and heating issue. Extremely enjoyable work taken on and the staff are always very bubbly and polite. Very easy going which makes the job even better especially when problems need to be solved.

Rosedale Lettings Specialists is by far the best lettings agent I have used. We have rented through them for just over a year now and they have been great every step of the way. Any maintenance issues or quires we have had have been dealt with super efficiently and resolved very quickly! Every member of the team we have spoken with is very friendly and go above and beyond to help!

I have been using Rosedale Letting Specialists for a few years and I have found them to be nothing short of brilliant. They have, I am sure, gone above and beyond what is expected of a letting agent. Due to my job I am away and uncontactable quite a lot of the time but I have complete confidence in Rosedale to look after my properties. In the accounts dept, Ms Lockwood has been incredibly reliable in ensuring my statements arrive accurately and exactly when I expect them.
On the occasion when I needed extra assistance she was on the case immediately, resolving the matter in the shortest possible time. My portfolio of houses is increasing and it is with great confidence I can leave it to Rosedale's staff to manage these for me.
