Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness Estate Agent did not carry out checks efficiently or correctly. Chain collapsed and was informed buyers buyer was a cash buyer, which they were not and did not have the funds. They had to rely upon the sale of the property which I was never informed of. You can never get in touch with anyone either. Stay clear.
