Please look at the other 1 star reviews before renting a property with these people as I just looked at the overall rating and over looked them!. If my review can help deter at least one person and prevent them being in a situation like mine it will be worth my time writing this review. The property wasn't in great condition and was dirty on arrival however I was told I could leave it in the same state on exit so I hope they stick to there word on that.
I rented the property in September which got damaged by a storm in November, it's now nearly March and there is no date in site for repair as there is no electricity and a missing bathroom ceiling. I have been in air b n b's, hotels and even now emergency housing for weeks on end digging deeply into my own pocket because the landlord will not rehouse me or provide any compensation they basically just said I don't have to pay rent but that's it.
It's IMPOSSIBLE to find anything short term for less than 300 per week and that is bare minimum it's more like 500 per week (my rent is 650pm). There communication is poor, I find every member of staff in there property management team extremely rude and I still don't have a glimpse of light at the end of this very long stressful tunnel. No customer service and no tenant protection whatsoever it's by far been the worst experience of my life dealing with this company.

I have worked with Manson's now for 10 years. As letting agents they have always been pro-active in finding tenants each year, timely in getting quotes/repairs carried out and efficient in keeping the required paperwork up-to-date. More recently i have sold my apartment via their sales department (Deborah was my contact). Again the approach that i saw was professional, efficient and engaging.

As a landlord I have used several letting agents in the past. I have always had issues with them. I live overseas and I needed a company to truly be me. To truly look after my hard earned investment as if they meant something. All I can say without prejudice is that Manson's are clearly market leaders. They are without doubt the best out there. Debbie, Angela, Cindy, Graeme, Gav and Nick are just superb.
A boutique firm with a very professional approach. I would recommend Manson's blindly. They do truly go the extra mile and they are very much value for money. I promise you Manson's are genuine, honest and care. I have never regretted choosing them.
