Unimpressed with use of dreadful Credas app for authentification and the issues that created. Just to add - I said I was p*ssed off at having a considerable amount of my time wasted and not once did your manager actually apologise for this which included your system requesting documents that were not actually needed and putting me to considerable trouble to get them.

Throughout my communications with your team I made it clear that it was not her fault but the fault of you as a business and her manager. Your response here says everything I need to know about your customer service.

Five stars for Gordon who was the agent who helped with both the purchase and move of premises for me that completed today. I would rate the service as far above and beyond the basic you expect from an estate agent. He took a keen and personal interest and made sure everything went well for all parties. I felt safe every step of the way.

RMS Quickly grasped the nature of the business and its place in the community. Set a realistic valuation prompting many enquiries and early offers meeting the asking price. Once the buyer was found acted as a very good intermediary with the buyer, lawyers and the landlord. Grateful thanks to Michael Fox in the initial stages and then Gordon Bird who was readily available throughout the process. Very satisfied.

Contacted them about marketing a commercial property. Agent visited property, we discussed terms. He promised to get back to me the following day with prices, he didn't! It was six working days before he responded, we discussed the options available, he claimed that the property was very desirable, market was buoyant, he had tenanted several properties in the immediate locale recently etc.

Then he explained that he would email everything across to me, checked my email address and despite me chasing up with his office three days later I am still waiting for this four days later! if RMS are so remiss during the process of securing clients business, how much effort are they likely to expend during the marketing of the property?
