Our Story Report

Back in the summer of 1998, Debbie and Murray Shepherd and Jeremy Sharpe, having previously worked together in the property industry and become good friends, hatched a plan to start their own estate agency in Penarth, a town they knew well, which had a great sense of community and offered huge potential.

Murray and his team on the lettings side were excellent while I was, until very recently, a temporary landlord of my property, they are so helpful, friendly and professional and made the whole experience smooth sailing. This is a long-estalished family run estate agency in the centre of Penarth whom I have dealt with on two occassions both buying and selling a property. The staff I have dealt with have always been thoroughly professional and helpful and have performed that rare task of phoning back when they say they will! From start to finish of selling our house they were very helpful and friendly and their offices are comfortable and well presented. The website is also extremely well designed and easy to use. Highly recommended and I will use them again in the future.
