Would never sell or buy through this agent. Unable to organise viewings. Call backs not fulfilled and had to chase agent multiple times. Agency lies and denies advice or statements made. Do not trust this agency. Thier actions could harm the sale of your property. Have reported thier misconduct The Property Ombudsman.

I'm not really a massive fan of estate agents, because I'm always highly aware of them after hearing all the horror stories. Neither have I really had all that much experience with them as I'm not yet hopping up the property ladder. And yet Peter Mulcahy is different. I've spoken to many people who have good things to say about this Cardiff based locally run estate agents.
I was recently helping a friend find a new place of residence, and was fortunate enough to tumble with her into this place. The welcome was warm and congenial, and right form the off, despite making it clear we we only making vague enquiries, we both felt as though we were being valued as people, rather than just customers. This place has got an excellent local reputation and there really are some lovely properties on their books, so they're most certainly worth checking out if you're after a property around the Dinas Powys area.
